Payment Options
Payment is expected at the time of your visit unless our office has agreed to accept assignment of benefits from your insurance company. In this case we will collect your estimated insurance co-payment and deductible at the time of your visit.
1. Cash or Check: Payment in full may be made by cash, check, or any major credit card at the time of your visit. A fee of $25 will be charged for bounced checks. We will verify sufficient funds at the time of service on all new patients paying by check. Special consideration will be given to seniors who pay at the time of their visit. If you should choose to pay in full before your treatment, a bookkeeping adjustment of 5% will be made for all treatment that exceeds $500. In this case assignment of benefits (the insurance payment) will be sent directly to you.
2. Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted and will gladly be kept on file for an amount approved by you in order to avoid billing charges. Ask at the front desk for details if you are unable to pay in full at the time of your visit for treatment that exceeds $300.
3. Financing: Care Credit and MBNA offer a separate line of credit to cover your dental treatment. Monthly payments can be made for 3, 6, or up to 24 months (on treatment over $1000). Ask at the front desk for more information.
